Remuneration

In 2009, after the Dutch corporate governance code was amended at the end of 2008, the Netherlands Bankers’ Association (NVB), De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) and the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) made a number of recommendations. These recommendations have been incorporated in the Banking Code and the Principles for a controlled remuneration policy.

In accordance with the principles of the Code, the Banking Code, and Principles for a controlled remuneration policy, BinckBank revised her remuneration policy for the executive board.
